Core Values

I believe in these four things as my core values:

  • Believe in yourself!
  • Don't be afraid to fail, learn from your mistakes!
  • Love yourself!
  • There are never too many people to love!

Biography

I like to swim, play tennis, and bike in the summer. I like to play in the snow and sled in the winter. In the fall I like to decorate pumpkins and cook, and in the spring i like to just go outside and relax. I enjoy hanging out with my friends when I can, I also like to bake in my free time, my favorite things to bake are brownies, cakes, cupcakes, and pies. I also enjoy rock climbing, shopping, and watching my favorite movies with friends.

Short term goals

Some of my short term goals would be:

  • Trying to match my math to my science level, so I can understand more in the science/math language.
  • Losing some weight. I will achieve this by exercising and making healthier choices.
  • Trying different things. I will achieve this by being open to change and also asking to do new things.
  • Asking for help! I will achieve this by building up my self confidence and strengthening my voice, and also telling myself that it's okay to ask for help sometimes.

Mid term goals

Some of my mid term goals are:

  • To continue to live a healthy life style. I will achieve this by continuing my workout routine and continue to make healthier food choices.
  • To get better grades in math, and social studies. I will achieve this by doing all my math homework on the days i'm supposed to, and do well on them. For social studies I will study my notes from class and try to ace all my tests.
  • To do more sports than I do now. I will achieve this by finding openings in my schedule and trying to find reasonable times for sports to also let me get my homework done, so I can go to sleep at a reasonable time each night.
  • To also try new things in life. I will do this by not saying no to new opportunities when they come my way, I will also recommend new things that I would also like to try when I can.

Long term goals

My long term goals are:

  • To loose a total of hopefully 100 pounds or so if I work really hard! I will achieve this by up-ing my workouts every week to a point that I can stand to be fulfilled of my success.
  • To get grades of 3.8 or more, yes a very high standard. I will achieve this by studying really hard in all my subjects and getting all assignments in on time along with trying very hard at learning and remembering all the material to ace all tests.
  • To get into a great college that I like, and they have a course that I will love. I will achieve this by trying to get a academic scholarship so I can get into Columbia or another school because my choice may change over time, but also to look not for what other people have said about the school but what I think of the school.
  • To also keep up a healthy, happy lifestyle. I will achieve the happy part by loving myself no matter what, the healthy will be achieved by workouts and the right foods, but also to have a good self body image of myself, not of what other people think of me but what I think of me.

Future

For my future I would like to see my self in my dream job as a neurologist, but I could do something else that may catch my attention in the future. I Would also like to be maybe married as well.

Learning style

  • Visual: 55%
  • Auditory: 35%
  • Tactile: 10%
I had a feeling I was a visual learner because I usually learn better when I can see things either done or for school reasons. I think to strengthen my other learning abilities I could try writing keywords in my notebook which will help my brain remember things said in class that could help on tests. For tactile I could try moving around more when i'm thinking using more hand gestures to explain things which could then go to muscle memory and help me remember things, also building things that have something to do or relate to the project or something your studying.

Personality indicator

ISFJ means Introvert, Sensate, Feeler, Judger. In addition to being concrete in speech and cooperative in getting things done, the "Protectors" are also informative and attentive in their social roles. There strength is in protecting others from harm and loss since they tend to practice doing this even when they are children.

The primary desire of the Protector is to be of the service and to minister to other, but here "service" means not so much providing others with the necessities of life (the Provider's concern) as protecting others form life's pitfalls and injuries. There are probably lots of Protectors in the population, as many as ten percent. A good thing, because they are vigilant in their protecting, and seem fulfilled in the degree they can insure the safekeeping of those in their family, their circle of friends, or their place of business. They also derive a great deal of satisfaction from caring for others, and they offer their comfort gently and helpfully. They enjoy assisting the downtrodden and can handle disability and neediness in others better than any other type.

Protectors go about their task of caretaking quietly, unassumingly, and because of this their efforts are sometimes not fully appreciated. They are not as open and talkative as the Providers, except with close friends and relatives. With these, however, they can chat tirelessly, and for as long as it takes to cover in minute detail everything concrete in their lives. But their shyness with strangers is often misjudged as stiffness, even coldness, when in truth iSFJs are warm- hearted  and sympathetic, giving happily of themselves to those in need-although, curiously, their interest may wane when the recipient is no longer in trouble.

Their quietness ought really to be seen as an expression, not of coldness, but of their sincerity and seriousness of purpose. Like all Guardians, iSFJs have a highly developed puritan work ethic, which tells them that is good, and that play must be earned-if indulged in at all. The least hedonic of all types, iSFJs are willing to work long, long hours doing all the thankless jobs the other types seem content to ignore. Thoroughness and frugality are also virtues for iSFJs. When they undertake a task, they will complete it if at all humanly possible; and they know the value of material resources and abhor the squandering or misuse of these resources. Protectors are quite content to work alone; indeed, they may experience some discomfort when placed in positions of authority, and may try to do everything themselves rather than insist that others do their jobs.
The actor Jimmy Stewart and Mother Teresa are examples of Protector Guardian style.
